Animal feed flour

Complete revamping of a plant that cooks, dehydrates and grinds slaughterhouse waste to transform it into animal feed flour. Previously, the line consisted of separate and autonomous machines.

RFID Badge system for managing work shifts and collect production data
Supervision system for monitoring data and archiving baking curves of the various batches for product traceability purposes.

The supervision system emails daily production reports to the plant managers, who can read them on a tablet or mobile phone.
